You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any materials from the Site without prior written consent from Make A Boxes. Any third-party logos, designs, or content used within customer-submitted products remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer Content & Responsibilities

When you submit artwork, designs, logos, or text (“Content”) for the production of packaging, you accept full legal responsibility for that Content. You warrant and represent that:

You own or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to use the Content.
Your Content does not infringe upon third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Your Content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or harmful.

By submitting Content, you grant Make A Boxes a limited, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, print, reproduce, and display such Content for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

Important:

Customers are solely responsible for proofreading and ensuring all design files are correct before approving final proofs.
Make A Boxes will not be liable for errors (spelling, grammar, color differences, layout mistakes, or incorrect specifications) once the customer has approved the proof.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Orders placed through your account are considered authorized by you.

Artwork, Design, and Proofing

To ensure the best results:

File Format: All submitted artwork should be in CMYK mode with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Files provided in RGB may produce unexpected color shifts.
Proofing: All orders require customer approval of digital proofs. The approved proof will be the final design used for production. We strongly recommend reviewing proofs at 100% scale.
Color Variations: Colors may vary between your screen and the final product due to differences in monitors and printing processes. Hardcopy color match proofs are available at an additional cost.
Responsibility: Make A Boxes is not liable for errors in customer-provided files, including low resolution, incorrect bleed, or improper layout.

Materials Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, the paper and cardstock used for our packaging products are not food-grade. If you require food-safe packaging, you must notify Make A Boxes in writing before placing your order. Additional costs may apply for sourcing food-grade materials.

Order Processing & Cancellations

Orders go through the following stages:

Order is placed online.
Files are prepared and reviewed by our design department.
Order is sent to the press for production.
Order is packaged and shipped.

Cancellation Policy:

Stage 1 (Initial Order): $15 plus 5% processing fee.
Stage 2 (Design in Progress): 20% of order value.
Stage 3 (In Production): 50% of order value.
Stage 4 (Shipped): Non-cancelable.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances are outside Make A Boxes’ control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipment fees may apply if incorrect addresses are provided.
International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

Extra Pieces: Due to printing industry standards, shipments may include up to 5% more or fewer products than ordered. Extra pieces are provided free of charge.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Customers must inspect packages upon delivery and report visible damage or missing items immediately.
Claims must be filed with Make A Boxes and the courier within three business days of delivery.
Make A Boxes is not responsible for shipping errors or damages caused by third-party carriers.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Make A Boxes, its affiliates, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of the Site.
Your submitted Content.
Your breach of these Terms.
Infringement of third-party rights related to your order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, its services, and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Make A Boxes does not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Make A Boxes be held liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Delays or failures caused by third-party carriers, technical issues, or events beyond our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the order in question.

Holidays Observed

Make A Boxes observes standard national holidays. Orders placed or scheduled during these times may be delayed. Customers are advised to plan production and delivery timelines accordingly.
